This is the online request form for all new vendors interested in being considered for the 2019 Fall for Fairfax KidsFest event.  Filling out this form does NOT guarantee placement at the 2019 event. This form ONLY indicates that you are asking to be considered for any open vending spaces for the event.  Once all return vendors from the 2018 Festival are confirmed for 2019, the committee will know what, if any, openings are available for 2019.  All new vendors will be required to submit references.  If a new vendor is selected, he/she will be contacted by phone to discuss further logistics and answer any questions.

 

Important Deadlines:

August 1         Returning Food Vendor Confirmation Deadline
Sept. 7            Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR consideration forms
Sept. 13          All selected FOOD VENDORS will be contacted and confirmed for participation
Sept. 20          Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
                       Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
                       Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted)
                       Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all confirmed participants
